President's Message
08/10/2004

Dear fellow Rotarians,

Last Tuesday was a well attended despedida party for PP Ramir Lallana who left for Canada last Sunday, August 8, 2004 with his family. Thanks to our members and friends who joined me in wishing lucks and bade goodbye to my friend and kumpareng Ramir. Special thanks to our Rotaractors who shared their talents and provided us entertainment through their live band led by Sec. Fritzie Gonzaga and a dance number led by Pres. Mary Grace Labrador.

Again, my apology for not attending the 5th week of our feeding program, thanks again to the able leadership of our Community Service Dir. Amy Llave, to our ever supportive Immediate Past President Gabe Trias and Rotaractors Grace and Jeff and most especially to our sponsor that day, the relatives of IPP Gabe led by his niece Sienne with husband Glenn and daughters Amanda & Amber.

I am sorry to inform you that we will not have our Handover and Awarding Ceremonies this Friday, August 13, 2004 due to unavailability of Sen. Bong Revilla. We shall be discussing our options in tonight’s meeting. However, the Joint Induction of Solid Cavite Clubs will definitely happen on August 30, 2004 at the Tagaytay International Convention Center. I had already reserved two tables for us, so I am inviting everybody to please join me and the other officers and directors in this important event of our term. Let us prove to District Gov. Joel that the RC CEPZ is solid and one in joining him to Celebrate Rotary in its centennial year.
