A total of 14 participants joined this year's Santacruzan. 9 Locators joined the Best Arc and Reyna ng Pistahan competition.
Cavite Economic Zone Administration was also represented with 2 participants. The Old Admin Tenants Association also fielded 2 participants with 1 sagala  from CS Garment.
