Rotaract Club of Cavite Economic Zone Officiates Terry Larrazabal Bike Festival's BMX & 4-Cross Competition

April 4-6, 2008, Subic Freeport, Zambales, Philippines - Rotaract Club of Cavite Economic Zone led by Past President Gabe Trias of the sponsoring Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone successfully completed the officiating of the Terry Larrazabal Bike Festival (TLBF) BMX Supercross and MTB 4-Cross competition held at Subic Freeport in Zambales, Philippines.

TLBF organizer Atty. Gregorio "Goyo" Larrazabal requested PP Gabe Trias to officiate the international bike competition held for the first time in Luzon. The Bike Festival, in honor of his father, has been held in Ormoc City, Leyte.

In need of marshals to man the two races, PP Gabe Trias offered 27 members of Rotaract Club of Cavite Economic Zone as the officials of the two races. The group was offered free transportation, food and lodging. Mayor Nonong Ricafrente of Rosario, Cavite offered the group to use the municipal coaster to transport the 27 Rotaractors to Subic.
