Problems Encountered: For
better reporting, a copy on CD was also created to present the report
using Powerpoint. However, the laptop to be used was not setup properly
so it is not capable of reading a CD or a disk.

Brief Description of the
Project: Every half of the rotary year, each president of all
Rotaract Clubs is required to report their accomplishments during the
past half year of their term.

Brief Description of the
Project: To minimize the expenditure on food, members were required
to bring their own food contribution (potluck). Induction was held
together with the Interact Clubs of ILA Memorial School and Tejeros
Convention.

District activities specially in the District Induction of Club
Presidents.

Current President and
officers were not able to attend the Induction.
Invited 5 new members instead to witness the Induction Ceremonies
and Kick Off Party.

Brief Description of the
Project: In order to be more active in District level, Officers and
members will be encouraged to attend and witness all District
activities. Better representation in the District will surely help in
knowing other clubs within the district.

Recruitment Program

Objectives: Increase the
number of membership in the club for the main purpose achieving one of
Rotary International's objectives in developing their professional and
leadership skills.

Some recruited members does
not get seriously involve on all projects and activities.
More club activities are being planned to encourage involvement.

Membership fees not being
paid by members.
Sponsoring Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone will be
shouldering the membership fees of all members.

Brief Description of the
Project: The networking system of recruiting members is being
implemented by all current and active members. Each active member will
recruit at least one new member who will also be required to do the
same. As of now, there are 75 members, an increase of almost 500% from
last year's membership of only 15.
