The Read-A-Book program, organized by the Rotaract Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone led by Centennial President Grace Labrador, conducted its first learning session last October 3, 2004 at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Tejeros Convention in Rosario, Cavite. Launched last September 19, the program offers lessons in Basic Math, Basic English, Story Telling and Art Work. A total of 21 children, 5-10 years of age, registered on the first day of the program.
