September 27, 2007, Rosario, Cavitre - Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone launched its Literacy Program - "Unlad Kaalaman 2007" with a session on Computer Operating System Setup using the computers donated by Rotary Club of West Icheon, District 3600-Korea. Members of Interact Club of Rosario National High School led by its President John Raphael Enriquez, Club Committee Director Lester Evangelista and International Understanding Committee Director Divina Delgado came to be part of the course.

The computers, to be distributed to different public schools in the vicinity of Cavite Economic Zone, have Windows Operating System in Korean Language which will have to be converted to English before they are delivered to the school recipients. PP Gabe Trias included the conversion of the system as one of the subjects to be taught in Computer Literacy of the club's Literacy Program.
