Street Children's Christmas Party
Date : December 28, 2001 Annual gift-giving for the street children of the community of CEPZ and Rosario, Cavite. Games were organized, food and gifts were given out to the street children of Rosario. Major sponsor of this event include Clothing Innovations & Designs, Inc. who donated NEW clothes and MetroBank, c/o Rtn. Amy Reyes, who donated gifts and toys for the children. Food was given out courtesy of The Village Commercial Center of Rosario, Cavite. |

9-Ball Open Competition
Date : December 27-28, 2001 Start of the annual 9-Ball Open Competition with the introduction of a Junior Division to promote younger generation in the sport of pocket billiards. Winners of the Junior and Senior divisions received cash prizes of P400 and P1,200 respectively. |

Alay Lakad
2001 (Local) Date : September
30, 2001 Extend assistance to the Alay Lakad Foundation of the Philippines. This year's Alay Lakad theme, "Sulong Kabataan, Kapitbisig sa Pagangat ng Kabuhayan" started on 2 locations, one from Barangay Ligtong and the other group from Cavite Economic Zone. The two groups converged at the town proper of Rosario which has been the traditional route of the organizers led by JingJing Hernandez, Youth Service Director of the Rotaract Club of Rosario. |

Date : Ongoing The creation of RCCEPZ website (http://rccepz.org) started 2 years ago by the Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone. It was expanded to include the Rotaract Club of CEPZ and the Interact Clubs of ILA Memorial School and the newly chartered Interact Club of Tejeros Convention websites. Members of these clubs will be trained on how to manage and maintain their own website. |
