Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive training program for community youth leaders. Young people chosen for their leadership potential attend an all-expenses-paid seminar, camp, or workshop to discuss leadership skills and to learn those skills through practice.

October 28-29, 2006, Tagaytay City - Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone sent 5 delegates (4 from Rotaract Club of Cavite Economic Zone, led by President Jay Almorado with International Service Director Nelson Tobise, Vice-President/President Elect Albert Deseo and Secretary Ailyn Abayon and 1 delegate from Rotaract Club of Cavite State University-Rosario President Christian Reyes) to this year's Rotary Youth Leadership Awards held at Development Academy of the Philippines in Tagaytay City.
