Brief Description of the Project: A sports competition in Volleyball, Basketball and Relay was organized to develop the students in the field of sports. Certificates were awarded to the winners.

Brief Description of the Project: An oratorical and drawing competition was organized to develop their oratorical and drawing skills. A topic was given to a group of students to draw what their interpretation is on that subject. Certificates were awarded to the winners.

Project Title: Website Maintenance
Objectives: Train members to manage and maintain our own website.
Date of Venue: Ongoing.

2. Joint with our sponsoring club - RC CEPZ
Time Frame of the Project: This project started 2 years ago by our sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Cavite Export Processing Zone and was expanded to include this website for the Rotaract Club of CEPZ and the Interact Clubs of ILA Memorial School and the newly chartered Interact Club of Tejeros Convention. Maintenance of this website should continue based on our sponsoring club's assistance and commitment.
Budget/Expense: 100% sponsorship by our sponsoring club - RC CEPZ. The detailed budget and expense will be available on request to anyone through our sponsoring Rotary Club.
Problems Encountered: Since most of the members are still going to school, time is mostly the problem. Maintenance of the website will be scheduled accordingly.
Brief Description of the Project: The website was developed primarily to record all the projects and activities of our club. It is officially used not just to store/record data but most importantly used as a medium to inform the whole international community. Maintenance is necessary to keep all the information up to date.

Project Title: Internet Fund Raising Campaign
Objectives: Use the internet to raise funds for our projects.

Nature of Project

Time Frame of the Project: The project's time frame is until the end of this rotary year 2001-2002 (January, 2002-July, 2002).
Budget/Expense: Budgeted not to spend more than P5,000.00 for the access to the internet which will be fully shouldered by our sponsoring club - RC CEPZ.
Problems We May Encounter: Unknown
Brief Description of the Project: Inspired by valid internet chain letters, a message will be sent to all known constituents of all members of our clubs requesting for financial assistance of only $10.00. The message will include an instruction to send the same letter to their own constituents/friends who in turn will do the same for us. A world map will be used to identify the location of all respondents curiously to see how far this project will reach.
